Delegation of Serbia participate at the opening ceremony of the UN 2023 Water Conference which is taking place from 22 to 24 March at the UN GA, co-hosted by Governments of the Netherlands and Tajikistan.

Water is a dealmaker for the Sustainable Development Goals, and for the health and prosperity of people and planet. These days world is uniting for the water for the first time in almost 50 years.

In opening remarks UN SG A. Guterres stated that now is the moment for game-changing commitments to bring the water agenda to life. He highlighted that water is a human right.
